Join us for an incredible experience of deep relaxation and rejuvenation at Blissful Energy! Immerse yourself in the magical world of aerial yoga nidra and let the soothing soundscape transport you to a state of pure bliss. This in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and release stress.

We will begin with a gentle movement and breathing warm up before you settle into your hammock. While being guided in Guided Rest Yoga Nidra ( yogic sleep) you will feel nestled in your floating cocoon. The hammock fully supports your body, reducing pressure that you might feel practicing on a yoga mat. Because you are suspended off of the ground, the vibrational sound envelopes you from all sides.


The healing sound of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls along with Native American flute, hand drum, and chimes will guide you to a place of bliss and profound peace.

 DURING THIS TIME OF PROFOUND STRESS, WE NEED PROFOUND REST!

YOU CAN DO GUIDED REST WHETHER YOU'RE 5 or 105!  YOU CAN DO IT ANYTIME (with headphones unless you want those around you to relax too!)  Ideally, GUIDED REST is done lying down but if you are unable to lie down (ie. in a busy office, crowded subway train, grocery store isle -- you get the idea) then sitting up works too.  

Everyday we swim in a sea of stress from health to money to job to family stress!  Did you know that 75-90% of doctor visits are stress related and that was before COVID!

We may know all the benefits of meditation but somehow never manage to get around to doing it!
