MY JOURNEY TO GUIDED REST

I was like you. Exhausted and stressed. And then add a nice dollop of guilt for not meditating to help my exhaustion and stress.
My cup was not full...it wasn't even an eighth full--it was empty. My cup was sooooo empty, it only had the residue of last week’s coffee stains lingering on the bottom of it.
Empty. Sound familiar?
I was a stressed out home schooling mom of 3. I knew all about stress and taking care of everyone else's needs. I put myself on the back burner and my battery was dead...beyond dead. If only I had taken 20 minutes midday to do a Guided Rest. Cranky Karen wouldn't have reared her...well let's say not so pretty face!
Now I take the time to refuel with GUIDED REST. I take the time to consciously rest and connect to my Higher Power or God. I not only reap the many health benefits of Yoga Nidra but transform old beliefs, habits, and mind sets. I want the same for you.
For over 30 years, I have been an avid student of the body, movement, mind, and spirituality and plan to continue until I can't open a book or my computer!
