In this nurturing Restorative Yoga experience, your body is fully supported with props—bolsters, blankets, and blocks—so that you can completely surrender into each pose. With every breath, your body and mind begin to unwind.  Your joints and energy pathways gently open with ease and intention. 

This passive yet powerful practice helps lower heart rate and blood pressure, calm and balance the nervous system, improve digestion, and reduce stress.

As you settle into stillness, Reiki healing touch is offered in each pose, inviting deeper release and energetic balance. We'll close the practice with Guided Rest Yoga Nidra as the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
