Restorative Yoga with Vibrational Sound Therapy

While in gentle Restorative yoga poses, you will be surrounded by sound. Medicinal

Himalayan Singing Bowls will be therapeutically applied on the body, enabling the vibration to reach the deepest level, the cellular level. Release tension, stagnant energy, and mental fatigue.  Essential oils will also be offered to increase your relaxation. We will end with Guided Rest Yoga Nidra. 

Please, wear comfortable loose clothing free of buttons, zippers, and metals. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
